[what is a usability review?]

A website usability review is carried out by a usability expert.  This is the quickest and most cost-effective way to get quality feedback, based not on opinion, but on validated research and industry guidelines.  The review provides rapid feedback on the user-friendliness of your website.   This can help to determine where your website works (what is good) and where it is likely to cause problems, confusion or frustration in your users (what needs to be changed).

• Is your website performing as you expect?  It is not always a question of marketing.

• Do you seem to get lots of visitors, but not many sales or enquiries?

• Do your website statistics show that many of your visitors leave in a very short time, possibly just a few seconds, or do they leave halfway through the purchase process?
