testimonials Constantly maintaining the currency of information, level and relevance of content to our delegates is crucial to the success of our seminars and workshops. Whether it is to the marketing industry professionals, experienced business professionals or to new business start-ups, our high standards, attention to detail and concern for individual delegates’ outcomes are our focus. This page contains comments and testimonials from a variety of delegates at our e-marketing seminars and workshops. We ask delegates to tell us: “What was the best part?”
“All of it! - back to basics yet clear, useful, actionable” Barbara Hollyhead, International Marketing Manager
“Spoke at a level which I felt was appropriate. He didn’t avoid technical issues, but didn’t use too much jargon. Clear concise and interesting” Emma Garland
“Well explained and structured…” AD Kibby, McCann Erickson
“Enthusiasm; relevant; many techniques…” Stuart White, Consultant, Trimedia Harrison Cowley
“Specific techniques to save time and/or money…” Brian Potter, Director, Business Expansion Consultants Ltd
“Introduction to ‘new for me’ subject” Anare Korynevsky, European Sales Director, Cooper Tire Ltd
“A lot of ground covered” Mark Jennings, Business Development Manager, Bartec Auto Id Ltd In the interests of balance we ask: “Was there a worst part?” We often find that the comments (other than things beyond our control such as the temperature of the room or external noise) usually refer to not having enough time to cover topics in detail or for extended questions and answers. These responses are most easily addressed by offering more seminars, workshops or one-to-one sessions.
“No” Brian Potter, Director, Business Expansion Consultants Ltd
“Generally everything was good” Anare Korynevsky, European Sales Director, Cooper Tire Ltd
“Would like the course over 1-2 days” Mark Jennings, Business Development Manager, Bartec Auto Id Ltd
“Too much - but all useful” Clive Turner, Business Development Manager, EEF Western (Engineering Employers Federation) We also always ask: “What one thing would you change or add?” As previously we often find that the comments refer to insufficient time or wanting more of the same or similar information ... another common request is for more time for questions and answers or individual discussions.
“More time...” Jane Davidson, Marketing Manager
“I would like to carry this on for a full day...” Steve Evans So that we can find out what else our delegates want to learn we ask: “What other topics would be interesting to you?” “More of the same,” or “more detail,” is the most popular response, as is the request for workshops and seminars on related subjects, also many delegates express a desire for one-to-one consultation sessions. “More in depth on
same topic and terminology explained”
“Many!” Jane Davidson, Marketing Manager
“More of this in a
longer time - a ... workshop ... where we can bring our burning issues”.
Some general comments include: “Enjoyed the method of delivery and the presentation” PG Harris
